A filling up sketckbook a month?

Can you fill up a sketchbook a month? Do you? An artist friend of mine chastised me severely recently for my lack output. Saying that I should be "filling up a sketchbook with work every month" .

Huh?

I should be at least getting back into the habit of trying to do that. The health problems I've had this last month ought not to be messing with such goals any longer.

I don't, that's for sure, but that's an intriguing goal. I may have to consider using that at least as a motivator to do more drawing on a daily basis.

Every artist is different. I wouldn't worry about being prolific. Just worry about being good. I normally take a year to six months to fill a sketchbook up.
